Job Description:

Experience and other Requirements: 

• Experience in municipal utilities, or heavy-civil construction preferred
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Comprehensive understanding of construction plans and specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of computer skills, especially word processing and spreadsheet programs.  Some knowledge of scheduling software is helpful
